Biodiversity is all the different kinds of life you’ll find in one area—the variety of animals, plants, fungi, and even microorganisms like bacteria that make up our natural world. Each of these species and organisms work together in ecosystems, like an intricate web, to maintain balance and support life. Biodiversity supports everything in nature that we need to survive: food, clean water, medicine, and shelter. But as humans put increasing pressure on the planet, using and consuming more resources than ever before, we risk upsetting the balance of ecosystems and losing biodiversity. Ecosystem Services reported 1 million animal and plant species are now threatened with extinction—the highest number in human history. The motto of this mobility is „LIVE LIFE CLEANER, MAKE IT GREENER“. Through many TINY STEPS we make in our schools and local communities we want to draw attention to this problem and offer our solution which will contribute to GREAT CHANGES. We want our peers and our teachers, as well as our citizens to become aware that when we destroy plants and animals, we impact biodiversity around the world, from the most remote locales to our own backyards.

Firstly, we had organized various activities in our schools related to Biodiversity. During the mobility we jointly thought, designed, a roller up with the topic of biodiversity, learned how to transform waste materials (shells, wood, stones) into new objects of environmental value and wrote the second stanza of our Anthem to Sustainability.
